For more information contact us via municipality@redlake.ca
The Municipal Transfer Station is a municipally operated waste and recyclables transfer site located on Highway 125 between Red Lake and Balmertown. Various types of refuse are accepted, but some items may require an additional fee in addition to the standard disposal fee.
Curbside collection requires garbage bags be tagged with a valid municipal bag tag. Bag tags are available for sale at the Municipal Office, the Waste Disposal site, TJ's Kwik Stop, Mitchel's Midtown, Diane's Gas Bar, and Red Lake Community Centre. The current cost of tags is listed in Section 'O' of the Schedule of Fees.
The Municipality of Red Lake has produced a Waste Management Information Guide that you can print, save or pick up at the Municipal Office.
The guide can assist you with questions or inquiries you have about our waste management program. Download the Guide
