This new fenced off leash dog park located at Buffalo Street turnaround features a 300' x 90' space divided into two separate spaces with separate entrances - 1 for larger dogs and 1 for smaller dogs.

  • 40' x 90' fenced space for small dogs
  • 260' x 90' fenced space for larger dogs

Dog Park Rules

Use park at your own risk. Park is unsupervised.  The Municipality if not responsible for any injury or damage caused by any dog or owner.
Owners are legally responsible for the behaviour of their dog(s) at all times.
You are responsible for respecting the safety of others in the park.
Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park.
Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owners IMMEDIATELY.
Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog with readily available leash.
Dog handlers must be at least 16 years of age.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately.
Dogs should be under voice control.
All dogs must have up to date licensing and wearing its dog tag.
Dogs are the only animal permitted in the park.
No more than 2 dogs per owner in the park.
Dogs in heat, puppies under 12 months, dogs with infectious disease and dogs with medical conditions are not permitted.
Food or treats are not permitted.  Glass containers are not permitted.
Dog owners and handlers are subject to the Ontario Dog Owner's Liability Act.
No smoking within the park.
Keep gates closed at all times.
