Sealed Bids for the above-noted assets will be received up until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, September 13th, 2024.
Sealed Bids must contain the item name, dollar amount of bid (plus HST), the bidders name and contact information. Sealed Bid Forms can be found on the municipal website.
The Sealed Bid Form must be in a sealed envelope must be clearly marked “Disposal of Assets – 1971 Tractor”; or “Disposal of Assets – 2011 Water & Sewer Servicing Vehicle” and hand delivered or mailed to the Municipal Office at 2 Fifth Street, Box 1000, Balmertown, or ON, P0V 1C0. The bids may also be deposited in the locked drop box outside the Municipal Office (this box is checked daily).
