Delay of Water and Wastewater Bills
November 11, 2025
We wish to inform residents and utility customers that the issuance of water and wastewater bills has been temporarily delayed due to the implementation of our new financial and utility billing system.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. Our staff are working diligently to finalize the transition, and bills will be issued by the end of this week.
To ensure no customer is negatively affected by this delay, the payment due date will be extended accordingly. The new due date will be clearly indicated on your bill.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important system upgrade, which will improve billing accuracy and customer service going forward.
