Notice Dated: January 23rd, 2012 NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATIONS AND PUBLIC MEETING FOR:
- Official Plan Amendment (File No. D09-12-01), and
- Zoning By-Law Amendment (File No. D14-12-01)
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the proposed amendments are to apply site specific provisions to the subject lands in addition to provisions within the designation of Natural Resources; and to rezone the subject lands to Mineral Mining (MM-1); whereas the property is currently designated as 'Natural Resources' in the Municipality of Red Lake Official Plan, and zoned 'Mineral Mining' in the Zoning By-Law. If approved, the amendments would allow for the development of a concrete plant to supply mine and commercial use.
